Service Fee: $75–$125 (due at time of appointment confirmation).
Note: Payment made to One Call Lab Collection applies exclusively to mobile specimen collection services. Any diagnostic testing not covered by your insurance will be billed directly by the laboratory at their established rates. The laboratory is a separate entity and assumes responsibility for all billing and compliance related to test processing. For special event collection inquiries, please contact us directly.
